Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the retainer fee?

A. I require a $350 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date. This fee is included in the collection pricing. Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to the scheduled wedding date. Payment plans are available upon request.

Do we need to sign a contract?

A. Yes! Once you're ready to book, I'll send the contract to your email which you can sign digitally. A signed contract and paid retainer fee secures my services for your special day.

Do you charge a travel fee?

A. I love, love, love to travel! Travel fees are applicable to weddings outside a 300 mile radius of Massillon, Ohio.

How many images do we receive?

A. After your wedding, I come home and cull through all the photos my second shooter and I took. Any image not up to studio standards are removed. The rest are hand-edited and delivered with an average of 60-70 images per hour.

How do we receive our photos?

A. Once your gallery is complete, you will receive a link to your private online gallery. From this gallery, you can download your images, purchase artwork and share with family and friends. Your gallery will remain available for 3 months and then is archived for back-up. Please note, that no tangible prints or artwork is included in any of my collections. How soon do we receive our images?

A. Within 48 hours of your wedding, I will post a 10 image sneak peek that highlights your special day on my Facebook business page. Your final gallery will be delivered 8 weeks after your wedding day.

Do you use backups?

A. Yes! I have backups for literally everything. Backup cameras, lenses, SD cards and back-up hard drives for long after your gallery has been delivered.

How do we book?

A. After your initial inquiry, we'll schedule a phone consultation to go over details, get to know each other a bit more and ensure we're a good fit. Once you're ready to book, I'll send the contract and invoice to your email. Please note that dates are not reserved until both the contract and invoice are returned.
